We are looking for Assistant Manager (Community), India in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this role, you will be responsible for : Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence. Manage P&L, track performance metrics, and ensure financial efficiency. Oversee seamless member experiences, including check-ins, issue resolution, and engagement. Represent the centre(s) through VIP visits and professional tours. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, landlords, and vendors. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Workspace, Finance, and IT to achieve business objectives. Pre-requisites for this role include : 5+ years in operations, hospitality, or serviced office management. Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in sales, facilities management, or finance is a plus.
