Our Client is a leading steel and mining company and is looking to engage with a MIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
1-Report Generation : Develop, maintain, and distribute HR-related reports with accuracy and timeliness.
2-Data Analysis : Analyze HR metrics to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
3-Decision Support : Provide data-backed recommendations to aid HR leadership in strategic and operational planning.
4-Collaboration : Ability to work across HR teams and external vendors to gather data and deliver reports.
5-Decision-Making Support : Skilled in generating insights that support data-driven HR decisions.
6-Adaptability : Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving data needs and priorities
Skills Required
1 -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2- : Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau), reporting software, and experience with MIS reporting.
3- : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret HR data effectively.
4- Excellent written and verbal communication to convey insights to stakeholders.
5- High accuracy in data handling, validation, and reporting.
