AEY Precision Pvt Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Executive with at least 3-6 years of experience in the bearings industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various bearing products and types and will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Field Sales : Visit potential clients and industrial companies, understand their requirements, and close sales.
Product Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of different bearing types and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and sell products.
Client Relationship : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Market Research : Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential leads.
Sales Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction with every transaction.

Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the bearings industry or related mechanical components field.

Strong understanding of bearing products, applications, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.

Preferably based in or around Delhi NCR, but open to other locations.

Location : Delhi NCR (or specific location based on your requirement)

Experience : Minimum 3-6 years in sales (bearings industry preferred)

Salary : Competitive, based on experience
