Cloud Devsecops Engineer _377

About the Team : The DevSecOps Squad at Allianz was founded in February 2023 and has rapidly become a pivotal part of our cloud security strategy. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of DevSecOps practices across Allianz to enhance the security posture of our cloud infrastructure and mitigate security risks. We provide tools, guidance, and consulting to enable development teams and FCP customers to transition to a DevSecOps culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development and Management :

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of CPAM (Cloud Privileged Access Management), an in-house developed solution using Python and AWS services for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
  • Enhance the integration and usability of Prisma Cloud, a SaaS tool for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWP).

Automation and Integration :

  • Develop automation solutions using Crossplane and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to streamline processes around Prisma Cloud and CPAM.
  • Participate in the automated on- and offboarding of SCC+ customers to Prisma Cloud.

    • Security Consulting :

  • Provide security-related consulting services and act as a main point of contact for Privileged Access Management (PAM) in the cloud space.
  • Engage in clarifications and collaborations with multiple stakeholders to define and refine the PAM target picture.

    • Collaboration and Support :

  • Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and steering CPAM measures, including alignments and status meetings with Allianz SE.

    • Innovation and Improvement :

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve CPAM and Prisma Cloud offerings.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security and DevSecOps.
  • Develop DevSecOps culture in Allianz.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Python and Angular, with a strong understanding of backend and frontend development.
  • Experience with cloud security tools and practices, particularly in multi-cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Crossplane, Terraform / OpenTofu etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for consulting and stakeholder engagement.

    • Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.
