We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing technical support and will be responsible for helping customers resolve technical issues with our products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product issues.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in technical support or related field.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.Skills Required
