Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support our Finance Director and Controller in overseeing the financial operations of multiple businesses. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized professional with deep technical accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows across several entities.
This role is essential to maintaining accurate financials, strengthening processes, supporting audits and tax filings, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of diversified finance and accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success managing accounting operations, interacting with executives and external parties
- Experience supervising, training, and developing accounting teams
- Independent decision-making ability and strong ownership mindset
- Financial modeling experience with advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing financial statements
- Preparation and maintenance of books and records to support financial audits and tax return filings
- Ability to implement new processes, develop procedures, and train staff
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Xero
