- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, videos, blogs) into platform-specific social media posts
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Every effort put into social media should branch out from marketing team and its goals
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Always follow the content calendar and be consistent with posting contents
- Stay updated on test prep industry trends and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in social media marketingProven track record of creating engaging social media contentStrong writing and communication skillsExperience with social media management tools and analytics platformsUnderstanding of different social media platforms and their unique audiencesCreative mindset with ability to think strategically about brand positioningExperience in education technology or test prep industry (preferred)Skills Required
