Your Key Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to :
- Develop and deliver forecasting solutions for internal stakeholders, combining qualitative insights and quantitative analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Build bottom-up and top-down forecasts using internal data, IQVIA, and local databases for Region Europe, while tracking forecast accuracy through defined KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, validate, and integrate data inputs, ensuring consistency and reliability across forecasts and portfolio analyses.
- Support multiple geographies (Region, Clusters, Countries) in forecast creation, portfolio database maintenance, and strategic portfolio reviews.
- Enhance forecasting processes and deliverables by driving automation, improving quality and productivity, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members , contribute to proposal development, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, while ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and Sandoz values.

What you'll bring to the role :
Minimum Requirements :
5–7 years of relevant experience in applying diverse forecasting techniques for inline, pipeline, and BD&L products / brands, including trend-based forecasting. Strong understanding of disease areas and therapy domains, and their application in forecast development.Proficient in Advanced Excel for model building, with expertise in automation to improve usability and in using data visualization to communicate forecast insights effectively.Skilled in data management and trend analysis , applying quantitative analytics to generate insights and continuously refine forecast catalogues.Well-versed in Market Access, Healthcare, and Pricing & Reimbursement policies , with the ability to integrate these into forecasting models. Strong background in secondary research to support and validate forecasting assumptions.Hands-on experience with key industry datasets such as IQVIA, Evaluate, IPD, and DRG, enabling robust and data-driven forecasting.Expertise in forecast storyboarding , synthesizing key insights supported by data. Proficient in business analysis, analog analysis, and quantitative techniques to enhance forecast accuracy.Experience in the generics and biosimilars industry is an added advantage.Desirable Requirements :
Strong learning agility, Problem solving and solution-based mindset. Strong verbal and written communication, presentations skills, storyboarding. Ability to grasp functional processes and tailor solutions accordinglyEffective in project management and stakeholder management. Successful in leading small engagements.
