Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager- Edtech Sales, located in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and cultivating relationships with potential clients. They will also be responsible for leading the sales team, providing training and support, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Responsibilities : Experience from Domestic Edtech Sales

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
  • Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion.
  • Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor daily sales performance metrics (calls, demos booked, conversions, revenue).
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
