Research Analyst

Role Title : Equity Research Analyst

Location : Ahmedabad

Qualification : MBA from a reputed institute

Experience : 4 – 7 years of relevant experience in the power industry or on the sell-side

Roles & Responsibilities :

Conduct channel checks and collect insights from the market on what is happening on ground with respect to companies in the sector.

Translate qualitative insights into quantitative data, incorporating the findings into financial models to assess potential impacts on company margins and valuations.

Work closely with the Lead Analyst / Head of Research to support new stock initiations and contribute to the generation of fresh stock ideas; research is published exclusively for institutional investors.

Create, maintain, and update data in financial models, along with tables and graphs that clearly illustrate the information

Develop databases integral to our research product.

Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and business judgment.

Work with other Analysts / Head of Research to develop key industry themes.

Build relationships and facilitate information flow with contacts at covered companies.

Participate and contribute to client meetings and events.
