This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant based in Delhi, India. The individual will engage in day-to-day tasks such as analysing real estate data, developing reports, providing strategic advice to clients, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Other responsibilities include client interaction, preparing presentations, and using proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision-making support.
- Conceptualising and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentations to clients.
- Responsible for undertaking customised projects and servicing clients on a day-to-day basis
- Managing and mobilising field teams.
- Analysis of data and generating insights.
- Content Analysis / Report Writing
- Monitoring the timely completion and quality check.
- Briefing & Training of field staff
- Following up with clients for timely payment collection.
