We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Delivery Leader who can drive SAP portfolio development and lead customer-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA (latest project tools), SAP Signavio , and Joule , with proven experience in Pre-Sales, RFP responses, and client presentations . This role requires both technical depth and business acumen to position SAP solutions effectively, deliver value to clients, and expand the organization’s SAP portfolio. Responsibilities

Lead SAP delivery and portfolio building initiatives across multiple industries.
Support pre-sales activities , including solution demonstrations, RFP / RFI responses, and client workshops.
Develop and deliver impactful presentations and solution roadmaps tailored to client requirements.
Leverage SAP Signavio for process modeling, transformation, and business process optimization.
Apply deep knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA (RISE / GROW, Joule, and latest project tools) to design and deliver customer solutions.
Partner with sales, consulting, and technical teams to build and grow the SAP services portfolio.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to position SAP as a strategic enabler of business transformation.
Ensure delivery excellence by overseeing end-to-end project execution, risk management, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in delivery / portfolio leadership roles .

Proven track record in pre-sales and business development , including RFP responses and solution pitches.

Strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA (latest versions) , SAP Signavio , and exposure to Joule .

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and other S / 4HANA project tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore models .

Strong portfolio management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
