We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate in the Risk Containment Unit at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business initiatives.
