We provide industry-leading predictive diallers, telecom optimisation tools, and end-to-end call centre management software, empowering clients to boost productivity, reduce costs, and scale globally.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our global sales operations from Kolkata, India.

This role will take full ownership of our sales strategy and execution — previously led by the Founder — across the UK, USA, UAE, South Asia, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the global sales strategy across all product lines — Predictive Dialler, Hosted PBX, VoIP, CRM Integrations, and Contact Centre Software.
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing international sales team.
  • Drive new business growth through outbound sales, channel partnerships, and inbound conversions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with enterprise clients, resellers, and telecom partners.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns, collateral, and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring smooth client onboarding with technical and support teams.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent PrimoDialler at industry events, expos, and virtual trade shows across key markets.
  • Stay updated on contact centre trends, telecom regulations, and market shifts to refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline across the sales team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership within telecom, VoIP, or contact centre software industries.
  • Strong understanding of predictive diallers, PBX systems, SIP trunking, hosted telephony, and CRM integrations.
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with international client experience (especially UK / US markets).
  • Strategic and analytical mindset — with the ability to execute hands-on when required.
  • Experience in channel sales, partnerships, or SaaS sales preferred.
  • Based in Kolkata (or willing to relocate) with flexibility for occasional international travel.
