About the Role
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic Project Head with strong experience in large-scale trade shows and global partnerships. You will drive exhibitor growth, partnerships, buyer programs, operations, and the overall success of the show.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution
- Drive exhibitor acquisition, international pavilions & partnerships
- Oversee operational planning, venue coordination & vendor management
- Build strategic alliances with trade councils, embassies, associations & global networks
- Improve exhibitor / visitor experience & satisfaction metrics
- Lead cross-functional internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing
Ideal Candidate
4–5 years experience in trade fairs / exhibitions (not corporate events)Experience with international / B2B shows preferredStrong commercial & relationship-building skillsAbility to drive revenue targets & manage P&L componentsExperience working with event organisers, associations, or industry councilsPreferred Background
