Site Engineer
A Site Engineer is responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management, and leadership skills to coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or related field (Mechanical / Electrical for domain-specific projects).
Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) acceptable for junior positions.
Proven experience in construction or site supervision (0–5 years for entry / mid-level).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Leveling).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes .
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards .
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills .
Good communication and interpersonal abilities for coordination with teams and clients.
Ability to manage time, resources, and meet strict deadlines.
Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions.
