Job descriptionRecruit, retain, and support a diverse and talented faculty committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for faculty members. Conduct regular evaluations of faculty performance and provide constructive feedback. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and well-being. Implement strategies to enhance student recruitment, retention, and graduation rates. Engage with students through academic advising, mentorship programs, and extracurricular activities. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering school, including budget planning and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies. Collaborate with university administrators, department chairs, and other stakeholders to advance institutional goals. Ph.D and M.Tech degree from an accredited Engineering School / University, preferably in Computer Science. Distinguished record of teaching, and / or practice. Demonstrated leadership experience in academic administration, preferably in a university. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and consensus among diverse stakeholders. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the engineering school's operations. Visionary thinking, strategic planning abilities, and a passion for legal education.
The Professor & Director of the Engineering School serves as the chief academic and administrative officer responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the engineering school. The Director is expected to foster a culture of excellence in education, research, and service while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion among students, faculty, and staff.

- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative curriculum and programs that meet the needs of students and the legal profession.
