Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Partnering and Building Relationships, Lead role in client service delivery. Acts as a Trusted Business Advisor

Participates in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding client's needs

Sound commercial acumen

Provides a perspective on global trends and emerging practices on client assignments. Is able to proactively alert clients on business environment changes that impact (or would impact) the client

Marketing & Business Development

Creates and manages strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions with minimal partner involvement, expands client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new clients)

Has strong internal and external networks. These are leveraged for building and growing the firm's business

Technical competence in an industry / specialized field - Builds recognition Firm wide and outside the firm for expertise in a specialised field and participates in firmwide teams or special projects across the Firm

New products and services developed on a regular basis

New service delivery methods in order to improve efficiency

Is able to proactively resolve (with Partner support) risk issues in delivering service to clients

Champions knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
