Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR, located in Nagpur. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes. Key responsibilities also include coordinating training and development programs, managing compliance with labor laws, and administering payroll and benefits. The role requires ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations, and Compliance with labor laws
Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement initiatives
Familiarity with Payroll Administration and Benefits Management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead HR-focused projects
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
Experience
Prior experience 3-5 years as an HR professional in a similar role is highly preferred.
