Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager, located in Delhi, India. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations of refurbished laptops sales , managing online sales platforms, developing and executing strategies to drive online growth, monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance product visibility and engagement. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong E-Commerce expertise and knowledge of online sales platforms

Proficiency in Marketing with a focus on driving digital growth

Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and optimize business strategies

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams effectively

Experience in Sales and customer relationship management

Knowledge of industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
