Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day operations in accordance with process guidelines and compliance requirements
- Manage customer requests, transactions, and data processing accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining required quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain documentation and adhere to process updates and SOPs
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team meetings to drive performance improvement
- Escalate issues to supervisors when required and contribute to root cause analysis
- Support process audits and ensure adherence to compliance and security policies
