Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing and Attraction : Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
• Employer Branding : Enhance our employer brand by promoting the organization’s values and culture through various channels and platforms.
• Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
