Job Title Server Migration Containerization Expert Windows to Linux AWS EKS

Location Ideally based in Bangalore However were open to considering profiles from other locations if suitable candidates from Bangalore are not available

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and execute server migration projects from Windows to Linux environments The ideal candidate will also possess deep expertise in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes AWS EKS along with strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and scripting for automation

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend server migration projects from Windows to Linux platforms

Design and implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes AWS EKS

Architect and manage scalable secure and highly available infrastructure on AWS

Develop automation scripts for deployment monitoring and maintenance using Bash Python or other scripting languages

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues

Maintain documentation for architecture processes and procedures

Required Skills Qualifications

Proven experience in server migration from Windows to Linux

Strong handson experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferably AWS EKS

Deep understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting

Expertise in AWS services including EC2 VPC IAM S3 CloudFormation and EKS

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash Python or PowerShell

Experience with CICD tools and DevOps practices

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification

Experience with Infrastructure as Code IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or CloudWatch

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and containerized environments
