Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growth team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle - from understanding client needs, building tailored proposals, and creating impactful presentations to collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a solid understanding of B2B sales, technology, and developer-focused marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective proposals and presentations.
  • Develop solution decks, RFP / RFQ responses, and pricing models for developer marketing and community engagement programs.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to create customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Support the sales process by handling client queries, technical clarifications, and pre-sales documentation.
  • Present solutions and ideas to clients alongside sales leads when required.
  • Maintain and update the repository of proposals, templates, and case studies.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a pre-sales , solutions , or client success role — ideally in a B2B tech , developer marketing , or IT services environment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).
  • Understanding of developer ecosystems, hackathons, or tech community engagement is a plus.
