Sr. Advocate

A reputed real estate developer in 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐝𝐢, 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞 is looking to hire an experienced 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 for their in-house legal team.

If you have strong experience in 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, and working with the 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, this could be a great opportunity.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Senior Advocate

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Balewadi, Pune

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 : 3+ years

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : LLB

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 :

• Experience in drafting & reviewing complex commercial agreements
• Knowledge of land revenue department processes / title checking (added advantage)
• Experience in litigation & non-litigation work
• Married candidates preferred
• Must stay within 10–15 𝐤𝐦 of Balewadi
