Job descriptionBachelor’s in Electronics Engineering. 8–10 years’ experience in power / utilities (O&M / EPC / Developer). Deep understanding of control systems, DCS, SCADA and telecoms. Strong familiarity with IEC / IEEE / ISO standards. Experience applying cybersecurity principles in control systems. Ability to communicate complex issues and support cross-functional teams.
Instrumentation & Control Engineer – Technical Services

📌 Reports to : Director – Electrical Engineering
We’re hiring an Instrumentation & Control Engineer to act as a centre of expertise supporting ACWA Power’s global projects, from bidding through to asset operations.
You will evaluate I&C equipment options, prepare technical bid packages, support EPC reviews, advise on DCS / SCADA architecture, troubleshoot operational plant issues and ensure knowledge transfer across project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bid development : equipment evaluation, configuration design, cost comparisons.
- Present I&C technical risks, opportunities and system design to senior management.
- Review EPC design packages and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Analyse operational data and feed lessons learned into new bids.
- Provide expertise in DCS, SCADA, telecoms, cybersecurity and control system architecture.
- Support NOMAC and EPC teams in solving complex engineering issues.
