Job description

Responsibilities :

Champion DevOps methodologies and tools, actively contributing to and optimizing CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
Implement containerized applications using Docker, with a strong emphasis on orchestration and management within Kubernetes environments (e.g., Azure AKS).
Development of high-performance, scalable microservices using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
Implementation of REST APIs, ensuring development and adherence to best practices within a Scrum team.
Ensure API security is built-in from the ground up, implementing advanced authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT token validation, OAuth 2.0 flow callbacks, API key checks).
Collaborate cross-functionally with platform teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration and delivery of complex multi-platform application systems.

Skills Required :

Minimum 8+ years of extensive experience as a Software Engineer, with deep focus on DevOps practices.

Solid experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipeline automation using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Docker, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.

Deep hands-on expertise in Java and modern frameworks including Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Proven experience in REST API development, design, and implementation.

Demonstrable experience with cloud services, specifically Azure AKS, and exposure to other platforms like AWS EC2.

Proficiency in API security implementations, including JWT token validation, OAuth 2.0, and API key management.

Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of effectively working in agile Scrum environments.
