🚀 Technical Co-Founder – BOSS (Business Operating System Stack)

Location : Noida or Remote

Compensation : Equity Only (No Salary)

BOSS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodspace.Ai, building a cognitive operating system for businesses. I’m looking for a hands-on Technical Co-Founder who can help architect and build the platform from the ground up.

You will :

• Lead system architecture for memory, reasoning, agents, and automation
• Build multi-agent workflows, vector memory systems, and AI-native dashboards
• Drive end-to-end engineering, infra decisions, and rapid prototyping
• Build and grow the engineering team as the product scales
