ARR HOLIDAYS is hiring Travel Consultants for our Madurai office. The role involves assisting customers with travel planning, itinerary creation, flight & hotel bookings, and providing complete support throughout their travel journey. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

🔸Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to understand travel needs
Create customized itineraries & holiday packages
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours & transfers
Provide destination information, pricing & travel guidance
Manage calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors & airlines
Maintain customer records, quotations & invoices
Ensure smooth travel execution & customer satisfaction

🎯 Required Skills

Strong communication (English + Tamil preferred)

Ability to learn new travel tools & destinations

Good customer service & problem-solving ability

Basic computer and technical skills

Time management & organizational skills
