Senior Technology Director - AI Product

Job Description :

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director Technology - AI to define and lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution across our product portfolio. This pivotal leadership role requires a strong technical foundation, deep product engineering expertise, and hands-on experience across AI / ML, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Platform Engineering. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to foster innovation, build scalable solutions, and guide high-performing engineering teams using agile, modern development Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy :

• Define and own the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
• Lead architectural and design decisions across products, platforms, and services
• Champion adoption of AI / ML, Cloud-native, automation, and cybersecurity-first principles in engineering.
• Drive innovation through research, prototyping, and evaluation of emerging & Delivery Excellence :
• Establish and enforce best-in-class engineering practices, Agile SDLC, CI / CD pipelines, and DevSecOps.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of platforms and applications.
• Lead software development, release planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet timelines and KPIs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering & Product Collaboration :
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business, Sales, and Customer teams to align technology initiatives with market needs.
• Translate business vision into scalable technical solutions and ensure stakeholder Leadership & Culture Building :
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior technology leaders, architects, and engineers
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and high performance
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and hiring in line with organizational Skills & Experience :
