Description
We are seeking a Workday Consultant with 4-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules, as well as experience with integrations, reporting, and security. This position will be based in India.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday HCM and Finance modules to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools
- Assist with testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Provide expertise in Workday security and access controls
- Mentor and train junior team members
