Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 4-9 years of experience in Workday HCM and Finance implementations Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and implementation best practices Experience with integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and / or Web Services Knowledge of Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer and Calculated Fields Understanding of Workday security and access controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Workday HCM and / or Finance certification is a plus
Description
We are seeking a Workday Consultant with 4-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules, as well as experience with integrations, reporting, and security. This position will be based in India.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday HCM and Finance modules to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools
- Assist with testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Provide expertise in Workday security and access controls
- Mentor and train junior team members
