Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Workday Financials to lead end-to-end workstreams for client implementations. This role requires excellent client-facing skills, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently with minimal or no support . The Lead Consultant will drive tenant configuration, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.

Work independently to interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.

Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.

Identify risks / issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.

Deliver within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications

Workday Financials certification in one or more of :

R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

Mandatory : Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch .

Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.

Excellent client engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate in an independent capacity with little or no supervision .

2. Experienced Consultant – Workday Financials

Role Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Consultant with solid expertise in Workday Financials to partner with Leads and clients for successful implementations. This role demands flexibility, ownership, and the ability to deliver in an independent capacity with minimal guidance while ensuring alignment with project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Workday Financials solutions based on business and client requirements.

Operate independently while supporting Leads in managing risks, timelines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues.

Participate actively in testing, validation, and deployment activities.

Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.

Qualifications

Workday Financials certification in one or more of :

R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

Mandatory : Minimum 1+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementation from scratch .

Strong functional understanding of Workday Financials modules.

Effective client communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to deliver quality work in an independent, self-sufficient manner .

3. Consultant – Workday Financials

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Consultant to support Workday Financials implementations by assisting Leads and Experienced Consultants. The Consultant will be expected to contribute in tenant configuration, requirement gathering, and coordination with cross-workstreams, while working independently with minimum supervision .

Key Responsibilities

Assist Leads and Experienced Consultants in configuring Workday Financials solutions.

Work independently to collaborate with cross-workstreams and clarify requirements.

Escalate queries to Leads or clients when needed for deliverables.

Contribute to design, testing, and deployment activities.

Maintain documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Workday Financials certification in one or more of :

R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

Mandatory : Hands-on experience in at least 1 full-cycle Workday Financials implementation from scratch .

Strong grasp of Workday Finance Functional Areas and Domains.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in an independent, self-driven capacity .
