SAP Ariba Lead Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced

SAP Ariba Lead Consultant

to manage end-to-end Ariba implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Ariba modules, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementation projects (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying, Invoicing, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Drive system configuration, solution design, and integration with SAP ERP / S / 4HANA systems.

Conduct workshops, design reviews, and provide guidance to functional and technical teams.

Handle supplier enablement and catalog management processes.

Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Mentor and guide junior Ariba consultants and team members.

Stay updated on new Ariba features, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

8–12 years of overall experience with at least

6+ years in SAP Ariba

Strong hands-on experience in

Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying, and Invoicing

modules.

Experience in

Ariba Integration with SAP ECC / S4HANA

via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).

Good understanding of

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

and

Source-to-Pay (S2P)

processes.

Experience managing end-to-end

implementation and rollout projects

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ariba certification is an added advantage.

Nice to Have : Knowledge of

SAP Ariba Network

Commerce Automation

, and

Guided Buying

Experience in

Ariba API

and

integration troubleshooting

Exposure to

Agile or hybrid project methodologies
