WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage startup focused on building a next-generation Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Our goal is to create a simple, scalable, and automation-driven platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses manage their HR operations — from onboarding and attendance to payroll and performance — in one unified system.

We are currently in the initial product development phase, laying the foundation for a modern, cloud-native SaaS solution. As an early team member, you’ll have the opportunity to shape core architecture, influence product direction, and be part of the journey from idea to launch

Role Description

We’re looking for a Part-Time / Internship Full Stack Developer to help us build the first version of our HRMS platform. You’ll work closely with the founder to develop key modules, integrate APIs, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and production-ready.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, taking ownership, and working in a flexible, collaborative environment.
