We operate a dual-portfolio U.S. cannabis business :
- THC portfolio with licensed cultivation and wholesale operations in Oklahoma and California
- THCA portfolio based in Texas, supporting compliant distribution and national shipping
Our technology stack supports ERP, inventory, compliance, finance, sales, and marketplace operations across these portfolios. Our Bangalore-based engineering and operations team—recruited and managed through Skilligent—builds and maintains the backend systems that power our U.S. business.

We are hiring a DevOps / Backend Engineer with strong Node.js experience, ERP exposure, and cannabis industry familiarity to support and scale Passion Farms’ backend infrastructure.

No cannabis is handled in India.
All work supports software, infrastructure, and systems for U.S. legal markets.
Core Responsibilities
Backend & DevOps
Build and maintain backend services using Node.jsDeploy, monitor, and maintain production systems and environmentsDesign reliable CI / CD pipelinesEnsure uptime, performance, and system stabilityHandle environment configuration, secrets, and access controlsMonitor logs, alerts, and infrastructure healthERP & Systems Integration
Work with ERP systems supporting inventory, finance, compliance, and operationsBuild and maintain integrations between ERP, internal tools, and third-party servicesSupport data integrity across systems (inventory, orders, reporting)Troubleshoot ERP-related backend and infrastructure issuesCollaborate with finance, ops, and compliance teams to support system accuracyCannabis & Compliance Awareness
Understand how cannabis regulations affect system design and data flowSupport state-specific workflows (OK, CA, TX)Build systems with auditability, traceability, and compliance in mindEnsure backend systems support accurate reporting and controlsSkills We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Node.js backend developmentExperience with DevOps practices (CI / CD, deployment, monitoring)Experience supporting or integrating ERP systemsExperience working in regulated industries (cannabis preferred)Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar)Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and backend architectureAbility to debug production issues calmly and systematicallyExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to work partial U.S. Central Time hoursOwn laptop, reliable internet, and personal work setupCannabis & Category Understanding (Required)
