Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Munich ), as a listed private equity holding company, acquires medium-sized companies in special situations, which show significant operational improvement potential and are sold again after undergoing a repositioning and stabilization process. Mutares actively support its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.

To facilitate the continued growth of our Munich office, we are seeking highly motivated Interns (m / f / d) for a period of 4 to 6 months.

Your Tasks

• Analyze investment opportunities by reviewing teasers and memoranda to identify promising acquisition targets
• Support financial modeling including valuation, working capital normalization, and debt analysis
• Assist in due diligence through data room reviews, risk identification, and expert call preparation
• Contribute to transaction execution by helping draft offer documents and exit-related materials
• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Board of Directors as needed
