Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager with strong expertise in Domestic IT Recruitment and Client Account Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple client accounts, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring consistent delivery across contract and full-time hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic (India-based) clients – including both Contract (C2H) and Full-Time hiring.
  • Drive account mining and harvesting to identify new opportunities and revenue streams within existing accounts.
  • Lead a team of 7+ recruiters, ensuring achievement of hiring targets, adherence to client SLAs, and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with 20+ client SPOCs across various accounts for seamless coordination and hiring operations.
  • Analyze team performance, recruitment metrics, and client delivery reports to implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clients on hiring updates, escalations, and strategy discussions.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (India market).
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, handling end-to-end client delivery and team management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing C2H and FTE hiring for mid to large enterprise clients.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team motivation capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
