Job Description :

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and GenAI solutions.

Drive innovation in areas like NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Oversee model performance, scalability, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Data Science, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.

Strong hands-on proficiency in

Python ,

Machine Learning ,

Deep Learning ,

NLP , and

Generative AI

frameworks.

Experience with tools such as

TensorFlow ,

PyTorch ,

Hugging Face , and

Scikit-learn .

Solid understanding of cloud-based ML ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and solutions.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI / ML, or related field.

Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI product development.
