Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced BTL Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in driving local marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail partnerships, outdoor advertising, and hyperlocal initiatives.
You will be responsible for creating and executing effective BTL strategies that connect Openhouse with our target audience on a local level.
Your role will involve direct interaction with local vendors, stakeholders, and partners to implement campaigns and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
Ideal Candidate :
Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing BTL campaigns, including retail partnerships, apartment and locality-based marketing, outdoor advertising, and event management.
Skills :
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Hands-on approach to campaign execution, from planning to on-ground implementation.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with local vendors and partners.
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns across different locations.
Analytical mindset to evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness.
Knowledge :
Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing channels and platforms.
Good understanding of local trends, consumer behavior, and how to effectively engage with a target audience.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Flexibility : Ability to travel across locations as needed to oversee campaign execution and troubleshoot issues in real time.
