Webomates Inc. is an exciting start-up offering a ground-breaking, AI-powered, and patented Software Testing as a Service (TaaS) solution. Our innovative platform, Webo.AI , delivers a cloud-based, AI-driven testing service that enables faster, smarter, and more cost-effective testing for startups and enterprises.

We specialize in automating testing for web, mobile native, Windows, and OTT platforms using cutting-edge tools developed in-house.

Core Skills

1. Technical Understanding (AI + Test Automation Domain)

Strong grasp of software testing concepts – manual, automation, regression, CI / CD.
Familiarity with AI in testing – defect prediction, intelligent test case generation, self-healing scripts, etc.
Ability to understand and demo Webomates' testing product (e.g., how it achieves 24-hour SLA, automation coverage, reporting).
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps environments.

2. Solution Selling & Customer Discovery

Ability to analyze customer pain points in QA / test automation processes.

Skill in mapping product capabilities to customer needs.

Conducting requirement discovery calls , preparing value-based proposals and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to explain complex AI-based testing solutions in simple terms.

3. Communication & Collaboration

Strong verbal and written communication , particularly for demos, RFP responses, and proposals.

Comfort working across time zones (since HQ is USA and customers may be global).

Close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure technical alignment.

4. Demonstration & Presentation Skills

Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight differentiators like 24-hour SLA, AI testing, and defect assurance.

Strong public speaking and customer engagement presence.

Capable of tailoring demos for different audiences — technical (QA leads, Dev managers) and business (CTO, CIO).

5. Analytical & Proposal Development

Ability to create solution blueprints , estimates, and architecture-level overviews.

Experience preparing RFP / RFI responses and cost-benefit analysis .

Competence in preparing presentations, product decks, and ROI documents .

6. Soft Skills

High responsiveness and ownership – especially critical with 24-hour SLAs.

Curiosity to learn continuously as AI testing evolves.

Empathy to understand customer challenges and offer realistic solutions.

✅ Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable) :

Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Katalon, TestNG , or CI / CD pipelines .

Familiarity with API testing, cloud testing, and DevOps tools .

Prior experience in a SaaS product or AI startup environment .
