• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs
• Build interactive and responsive front-end features using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Design system components for scalability, performance, resiliency, and observability
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit and integration testing, and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and operations teams to deliver features
• Participate in architecture and design discussions and propose security improvements
• Mentor junior developers and help elevate team productivity and engineering standards
• Work within agile / scrum teams and own tasks end-to-end from requirement to deployment and support
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise policies relevant to payment systems
