Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Development (60–70%) : Architect and set up base solutions for projects. Lead feature development, unit testing, QA release, and production push. Build and optimize Secured Web APIs with .NET 8+. Implement Entity Framework Code First, migrations, and LINQ optimization. Contribute quality code and documentation.
  • Team Leadership (30–40%) : Mentor and assist team members with technical challenges. Conduct code reviews, peer testing, and manage PRs. Communicate with client technical & business teams. Oversee agile ceremonies and ensure project quality.

Must-Have Skills :

  • .NET 8+ expertise
  • Web API development with .NET 8+
  • Entity Framework (Code First, migrations, LINQ)
  • Frontend : Angular or ReactJS
  • Azure : Web App, Container Apps, Azure SQL
  • ER diagramming
  • Microsoft Entra (at least 2 projects for Auth)
  • Unit testing (xUnit / NUnit, Moq / Bogus)
  • SonarQube for code quality
  • GIT operations & CI / CD pipeline experience
  • Team support & daily unblock
  • Client-facing experience
  • JIRA or equivalent tool
  • Agile / SCRUM methodology
  • Monolithic & microservice architecture (min 2 projects each)
