Job Title : Luxury Boutique Manager

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Ahmedabad / Hyderabad

Reports To : Retail Head / Cluster Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Boutique Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, ensuring brand standards, and leading a high-performing team across the boutique.

Key Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate with 8–12 years of retail experience (at least 4–5 years in luxury retail).

Proven track record of managing multi-brand or large-format luxury boutiques.

Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.

Excellent clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.

Exceptional communication, grooming, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and market trends.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and customer-centric environment.
