Key Responsibilities
Manage category P&L across multiple brands and platforms, driving revenue, margins,
and GMROI targets.
Deliver aggressive growth targets while maintaining profitability.
Lead assortment and catalog planning across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa,
and D2C websites.
Ensure product hygiene, pricing competitiveness, and listing quality.
Develop and execute strategies for marketplace expansion and brand visibility.
Negotiate TOTs with marketplaces and maintain strong partnerships.
Identify, onboard, and manage vendor relationships.
Optimize sourcing, pricing, and supply chain efficiency to improve margins.
Work closely with marketing teams to deliver high ROAS through paid ads (Amazon
AMS, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Oversee brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales to boost visibility and
conversion.
Improve operational efficiency, reduce RTOs / returns, and streamline 3PL coordination.
Implement SOPs for catalog, inventory, and order management.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive performance through clear KPIs and development plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+years in e-commerce category management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or
personal care.
Proven track record of delivering category growth, profitability, and marketplace
expansion.
Strong Negotiation, Vendor Management, And Analytical Skills.
Proficiency in marketplace tools : Amazon AMS, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Sellers Hub,
Helium 10.
Excellent Leadership, Project Management, And Cross-functional Collaboration Abilities.
Education : Bachelor s degree (MBA or Executive MBA preferred).
