Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative, AP to join our Accounts Payable team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, AP, you'll be responsible for :

• Creating and managing purchase orders; reviewing vendor quotes and collaborating with Admin
• Receiving, verifying, and recording vendor bills in the accounting system, and update payments daily
• Reconciling vendor accounts periodically and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Analyzing and comparing periodic expenses to track trends and discrepancies
• Preparing MIS reports related to Accounts Payable and assist with other related tasks
