The Role

As an International Growth Strategy Intern (m / f / d) , you’ll expand our consultant base, gain hands-on experience in outreach, and engage with top-tier consultants globally. This is your opportunity to take ownership, build relationships, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Role

• Identify and engage top-tier freelance consultants from leading consulting firms through targeted outreach.
• Conduct interviews to assess consultant expertise and ensure they are a fit with Consultport
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of independent consultants aligned with client demand.
• Develop trusted relationships by understanding consultants’ career goals and positioning Consultport as their platform of choice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align consultant acquisition with project needs .
