We are looking for a smart and proactive HR Manager with strong expertise in generalist functions and HR operations. The candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations and generalist functions.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Work on Keka, recruitment portals, and ATS systems.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Support performance management and policy implementation.
