Lead Design and Production
We are seeking a creative leader to drive Arari's technical design vision and production systems.
This senior leadership role combines creative technical direction, operational mastery, and team development, ensuring our projects meet global woodworking standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international best practices and standards in design direction.
- Oversee the full production lifecycle of solid and panel woodworking — including paneling, built-in units, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, desks, internal and external doors and windows.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and QC processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners to adopt best-in-class systems for drawings, CAD-CAM technology, and production management.
Requirements
A strong technical foundation in CAD-CAM, AutoCAD, Revit, materials, and fabrication methods is essential.
