5-8 years working with ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, BMC, BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, Zendesk, JSM etcWell versed with CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 FrameworkExperience in Generative AI and its applicationExperience working in Agile environmentDeveloping Configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application ServicesHands-on Experience in developing Service Catalogs, Service Portal , Flow designerExperience in integration with any 3rd party tool / application using web-services (REST / SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.Working knowledge of integrating SPM / APM with other modules including ITSM and Major incident ManagementExperience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJSTechnical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functionsExpertise in Reporting.
