Role Overview :

As a Field Marketing Executive, you'll be the face of AccioJob in the offline market. Your

role is to build strong on-ground awareness, engage with college students, and drive footfall

& enrollments for our offline centers. This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role ideal

for someone who thrives on networking, outreach, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct on-ground marketing in colleges, coaching centers, tuition hubs, and career fairs.

Identify new locations and target groups for lead generation campaigns.

Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, standees, banners, and pamphlets.

Track daily visits, leads collected, and feedback from field activities.

Ensure branding visibility at all targeted institutions and community points.

Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a smooth conversion funnel from leads to admissions.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) :

No. of colleges / institutes visited weekly

No. of leads collected from field activities

% conversion of leads to walk-ins / enrollments

Branding visibility and recall in target locations

Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in field marketing, below The Line campaigns, or student outreach roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong local network in education institutions is a plus.

Comfortable with daily travel within city limits (bike / scooter preferred).

Good understanding of youth and student behavior in tech and job-oriented training

programs.

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
